In the summer of 2018 Dr Becky Sage, CEO Interactive Scientific and Amy Armstrong, her award winning clinical hypnotherapist and leadership coach had the same idea at the same time: Let’s use podcasting as a way to tell stories of a diverse group of entrepreneurs and give our community of entrepreneurs the tips and techniques that help us to stay confident and resilient. We recognised that we were still hearing the story of “Superhero CEO’s” usually white, cis, straight, men even though we were surrounded by a peer group with inherent and acquired diversity with a range of stories to tell.

When we were shortlisted for the BBC Radio 5 Rachael Bland podcasting award we record a background and now we are sharing with you.
