Yasmin’s top tip was to be kind to yourself, especially in relation to goal setting.
It is so important to “start where you are”, with regard to goal setting, and accepting where you are is one way of being kind to yourself. Yasmin had to completely change how she defined success. Creating meaningful bite-sized goals that would drive her on to the next step.
